Franchise Operations
Manage the full lifecycle of franchise locations — setup, transfers, merges, and closures.
Franchise operations cover everything that happens when a location joins, changes hands, rebrands, or closes. Each operation has a specific workflow in Flamel.
Operations

| New Franchise Setup | A new franchisee signs their agreement and needs to go live |
| Multi-Unit Onboarding | One owner operates multiple locations |
| Franchise Transfer | Ownership changes hands between franchisees |
| Franchise Merge/Rebrand | Two locations combine or a location rebrands |
| Franchise Closure | A location permanently closes |
Key Concepts
Hub — The franchisor's central account. Hub users manage brand standards, playbooks, and broadcasts that flow to all workspaces.
Workspace — Each franchise location gets its own workspace. Workspace users manage their local social accounts, posts, and ads.
Owner — The primary user on a workspace. Typically the franchisee or location manager.
Before You Start
All franchise operations require Hub admin access. You'll be working in the Hub context (check the switcher in the top-left corner).
Make sure you have:
- The franchisee's name and email address
- The location's physical address
- Access to the franchise's social media credentials (for new setups)
