Manage invoicing, budgets, and payments for your franchise locations.

Flamel Billing lets Hub admins (franchisors) set monthly advertising budgets for each workspace (franchisee), collect payments automatically via Stripe, and track invoices across your entire network.

How It Works

  1. Hub connects Stripe and configures billing settings (fee structure, billing day, payment methods)
  2. Hub sets monthly budgets for each workspace
  3. Stripe automatically generates invoices on each billing cycle
  4. Workspaces add a payment method (card or bank account) and get charged automatically
  5. Both sides see invoice history, payment status, and budget tracking in real time

For Hub Admins

  • Setting Up Billing - Connect Stripe, configure fees, and set billing emails
  • Managing Budgets - Set, edit, pause, and cancel workspace budgets
  • Invoices - View payment records, retry failed payments, and manage invoices
