Login Issues
Troubleshoot problems signing into your Flamel account.
Having trouble signing into Flamel? This guide covers the most common login problems and how to resolve them.
Forgot Your Password
If you can't remember your password:
- Go to the Flamel login page
- Click Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Check your inbox for a password reset email
- Click the link in the email (valid for 24 hours)
- Create a new password
Not receiving the reset email? Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, make sure you're using the same email address you used to create your account. Contact support if you're still having trouble.
Invalid Email or Password
If you're seeing "Invalid email or password":
- Double-check your email — Make sure there are no typos
- Check caps lock — Passwords are case-sensitive
- Try password reset — If you're unsure of your password, reset it
- Check which account — If you have multiple Flamel accounts, you might be trying to log into the wrong one
Account Locked
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security. If this happens:
- Wait 15-30 minutes — The lock automatically expires
- Reset your password — This also unlocks your account
- Contact support if you're still locked out after an hour
Two-Factor Authentication Issues
If you have 2FA enabled but can't access your authenticator app:
Lost access to your authenticator app?
- Contact support with your account email
- Verify your identity through our security process
- We'll disable 2FA so you can log in and set it up again
Authenticator codes not working?
- Make sure your phone's time is set to automatic — time drift causes codes to fail
- Try the next code that appears (they change every 30 seconds)
- If using backup codes, make sure you haven't already used that specific code
Browser Issues
Sometimes login problems are caused by your browser:
Clear browser cache and cookies:
- Open your browser settings
- Find "Clear browsing data" or similar
- Select "Cookies" and "Cached images and files"
- Clear the data
- Try logging in again
Try a different browser: Flamel works best with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. If you're using an older or less common browser, try switching to one of these.
Disable browser extensions: Some ad blockers or privacy extensions can interfere with login. Try disabling extensions temporarily to see if that's the cause.
SSO (Single Sign-On) Issues
If your organization uses SSO (Google, Microsoft, etc.):
- Make sure you're using the correct login method — Click the SSO button rather than entering a password
- Check that your organizational account is active — Contact your IT administrator if you've been removed from the organization
- Try logging into your identity provider first — Sign into Google or Microsoft directly, then try Flamel
Still Can't Log In?
If none of these solutions work:
- Note down any error messages you're seeing
- Check Flamel's status page if one is available to see if there are ongoing issues
- Contact support through the login page or email support@flamel.ai
- Include your account email and a description of what happens when you try to log in
