Post Editor Overview
Create and schedule posts for multiple social platforms.
The post editor is where you create content that gets published to your social accounts. Whether you're a Hub user creating broadcasts for all franchisees or a workspace user posting to your local accounts, the workflow is similar — but the reach is different.
Starting a New Post
From anywhere in Flamel, click New Post in the top navigation. If you're a Hub user, you'll see two options:
| Option | Purpose |
|---|---|
| New Post | Creates a post for your Hub's own social accounts |
| New Broadcast | Creates a post that goes to all franchisee workspaces |
Workspace users only see New Post, which posts to their location's connected accounts.

Common Issues
Post failed to publish? Usually means a connection expired. Go to Connected Accounts to reconnect.
Media rejected? Check platform requirements — each platform has specific ratio and format rules.
Caption too long? The editor warns you, but platform-specific limits apply.
